I worked at Old Navy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They have Great employee discounts at all brands and very good health benefits

Cons

No work life balance. You really need to work a lot of hrs to get things done so the store looks good. You need to make up for the lack of payroll dollars

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change store hrs. On thanksgiving. More payroll. Less dog and pony shows for upper management.

I have been working at Old Navy part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good discounts within the 4 major Gap inc brands.

    Cons

Management is poorly trained to deal with employees. The turnover in the old navy brand is horrible. Which makes the store moral really low and in return you get employees with horrible attitude and dissatisfaction and hard to manage. The job is physically hard and demanding with no benefits at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company is always changing and is now leaning to a micromanaging environment get it together
