    Pros

Old Navy definitely emphasizes working as a team and having fun on the job. Sometimes the emphasis on things such as CC acquisition can be annoying but it is a way for the company to make money so it makes sense.

    Cons

At times it does feel like there is no perfect scheduling situation, partly because it is a part-time position and that means that things can seem change a lot and partly because others have commitments come up last minute...which is no one's fault.
