“To many bosses and everyone want's different things”
Current Employee – been working at Old Spaghetti Factory
Pros – An extra income if you didn't find anything better. The most of the colleges are friendly.
Cons – To many managers and everyone want's different things. It's difficult to work at the host desk, to many bossy girls. The management doesn't care about employs, they just want to make sales, no matter what. No one cares about your opinion.
Advice to Senior Management – Care more about you employs, take some anonymous test for best/worst manager, best/worst employee and then you will find the truth on what your people really think.
