ConsEven though you get to change projects frequently, there's a risk of getting stuck in certain type of projects and it's difficult to change and develop other areas of expertise

Advice to Senior ManagementBe careful with burning people out, specially at the junior level. It's not always visible from higher levels of the organization...

Pros: Truly meritocratic: managers will promote anyone who deserves it, regardless of age or tenure. Easy to get international assignments. The organization is… Cons: Trigger-happy management in regard to layoffs. No serious checks & balances regarding work/life balance.
