Pros

Good products technically, household brand reputation is helpful regarding sales of products, nice company car, usual benefits re. healthcare and pension.

Cons

Poor micromanagement, blame culture, management by fear, no interest in career development if not living in Southend-on-Sea," if you don't like it you can leave" mentality.

    Pros

    good business plan, honest, dedicated, fun and comfortable atmosphere, supportive and quality minded

    Cons

    compensation and benefits are good but could be better. The compensation differences to similar industries are more apparent in lower level positions.

    Pros

    Somewhat innovative technologies, good health benefits, company store offers good deals on cameras plus accessories. Pay is fair but always changing in structure and fluid.

    Cons

    This organization has really lost it's way since leaving Long Island. Upper management is lacking in skill, vision and leadership. The atmosphere is one of distrust towards it's employees with a very real anamis aimed at those that work here from upper levels of executive leadership. The treatment of our customers who have stayed with us is also appalling.

    There is a maze in trying to accomplish the smallest of tasks to any larger project with even more levels of confusion. If there is any strategic plan or vision for the future it is not expressed, we are adrift with a managenment team that does not inspire confidence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    An apology to your employess & customers, and then a cleaning house of the executive leadership. Get out of the Center Valley home office and learn to follow before you try to lead.
