I worked at Omgeo
Pros – Good Pay
Worker's input is highly recognizable
Easy to get recognize
Decent Benefits
Not too many hours of work
Cons – Too much of a fraternity atmosphere. It is not what you know but who you know to move within Omgeo
Lately the Management decisions have been terrible
Too much outsourcing
Too much re-orginaztions
People who work in certain departments are not qualified but yet you are stuck fixing their messes
Advice to Senior Management – Promote people based on what they know not who they know.
Bring patriotism back to America. It is disheartening that all the jobs are being outsourced to Manila
Hire people who know that they are doing
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
