Current Employee – been working at Omni Air

Pros – Pay is good if you choose to work a few of your off days. You get to see the world and the client base has been very respectful and a joy to work with.

Cons – Lack of communication and walking on eggshells. It is hard to be ok with a mistake as you feel like you might get fired over any little thing. It feels as though you are very replacable.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to make sure we are looking out for the best interest of all and not just to save a penny. Feeling respected and appreciated for what you do is evident in how many things are handled.
