    Pros

Excellent grantuity, great atmosphere to work in

    Cons

don't plan on taking holidays off due to the nature of the business. Typically, the hotel industry gets really busy during special days.

    Pros

Good opportunity for learning the hotel business. Management is mostly positive and encourages growth and development. Good way to gain experience for other roles.

    Cons

Salary is sub-par with most all competition. Corp office execs treats lower role associates and hotel property associates like they are not worth knowing. Corp execs should believe and practice the power of one, not just preach it.

    Advice to Management

It's doesn't hurt to speak to lower rank associates on the front line - they are valuable human beings worth knowing too.
