“Positive experience”
I have been working at Omni Hotels full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Beautiful place to work, nice people, benefits, middle management good overall
Cons – Upper level mamagement not in tune with much of staff.
Advice to Senior Management – Opened door policy would be welcome, make more of an effort to personnaly acknowledge workers
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
