I have been working at Omni Hotels full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

A lot of nice people, get to meet new and exciting people all the time from all over the world. Great scenery.

Cons

I feel that only the upper management and those who kiss a lot of butt are the ones that are most important, even though they are npt the ones who work the hardest, or deal one on one with the guests.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show your employees that they are appreciated! A small thank you will go a VERY long way.

    Pros

    The people that do the work are great and become family. The views are fantastic and the hook ups are unmatched. Beautiful place to go to daily.

    Cons

    Upper management over facilities are not qualified and treat workers like trash. Benefits have dwindled and in a flash they will let you go, especially if you have worked there for a long time and are making good money.

    Check upper management qualifications and the way employees are treated.

    This job was great for learning the banquet side of hotel service.

    Long hours on your feet.
