Small size of firm keeps culture more informal, flexible and personal than a large corporation.
Management’s background in large firms provides mentoring, structure, methodology, and tools that you wouldn’t normally expect in a smaller company.
Team energy is reminiscent of dot-com eagerness and collaboration, only this business is actually profitable.
Employees regularly plan activities outside of work from community service to competitive sports to happy hours, which reinforces the company culture.
Flexible work schedules and work-from-home policy.
Get to wear multiple hats to assist with internal initiatives and company growth, as a result of it being a small business.

Cons – Very much a project driven worth ethic vs. 9-5 corporate job – when a critical date is upon the team all employees are expected to contribute to deliver.
With increased flexibility around work schedules comes increased responsibility and accountability.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to make the investment into the company culture (e.g. bi-annual parties, training retreats, etc) in spite of the rapid growth which will make it increasingly costly and difficult logistically. The team atmosphere and collaboration in OmniPoint is the most unique quality that this organization possesses.
