Pros – Company reputation and leadership in the advertising industry. Diversified portfolio of marketing and advertising related companies. Good client base with diversified roster.

Cons – Too big a company to get noticed at certain career levels. Loss of an account usually means cut backs to keep the stock and bottomline in tack.

Advice to Senior Management – Look beyond management to the "worker bees" withi in the organization to get a realistic picture of the work that is done at that level.
