Diverse culture, very global if fragmented organization; small business culture trying hard to preserve entrepreneurship. Tight ship, well managed financially.

Cons

Reporting and red tape are somehwat in conflict with the small business culture; it feels like there could be areas which could be optimized and economies of scale derived; we talk a lot about cross fertilization, but there is hardly any such collaboration going on between the various units

Focus on the market, targeting key large companies with a truly gobal offering spanning across marketing disciplines
