Omnicom Office Manager in San Francisco, CA:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

It's in a beautiful location; other than that, there aren't any.

Cons

Totally unprofessional "management"; a "CEO" in name only, that does nothing other than shop when she does come into the office & doesn't believe in confidentiality; incredibly low salaries (with absolutely NO regard to what's being paid elsewhere!); the expectation that you're Management's personal assistant with NO regard to your personal life; totally inadequate benefits (the majority of the office wears glasses/contact lenses, yet NO type of vision insurance is offered?).

Advice to Senior Management

Take some developmental classes on how to manage, because you're a lawsuit just waiting to happen.
