Omnicom – “Good but could be better”

Pros

Well known company that works with some of the biggest brands in the world. Afforded a wide variety of opportunities around Europe. Get the chance to interact with fellow employees from around Europe and do travel to a wide variety of loctations. You are allowed to go in your own direction which is good if you know where you want to go.

Cons

Sometimes feels like a small part of Omnicom and you get the impression that management do not really know what is happening with the wider group. It can feel very siloed.

Advice to Senior Management

Break down the walls and leverage being part of the Omnicom group.
