Get the chance to interact with fellow employees from around Europe and do travel to a wide variety of loctations. You are allowed to go in your own direction which is good if you know where you want to go.

Cons

Sometimes feels like a small part of Omnicom and you get the impression that management do not really know what is happening with the wider group. It can feel very siloed.
