Great pay, no work-life balance.

ProsGreat pay. Great benefits, and you will work in a technology focused firm that is always moving forward.

ConsVery little work life balance. You will feel like a criminal when you leave the office during the day. Also, there is a lot of stress in the day-to-day operations.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't just automatically promote people after their two years of service.
