Good pay for the work that you are required to do!
Great people to work with. People are always willing to help you around the office

Cons

There are not many downsides to working for this company. You don't always have the opportunity for upward mobility as desired

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should make more connection with the employees. Training and collaborating to discuss new and updated product offering

    I have been working at On Campus Marketing part-time

    Pros

    Easy work. Relaxed environment, if you're just a data entry clerk or batching person.

    Cons

    No raises - have to fight. They take advantage often, and you need to ask for a raise with every extra task they give. Otherwise you do not get paid for going above and beyond.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Raises for long time employees. Treat all employees fairly and with respect. Cost of living increases yearly - pay should, too. The way to solve customer service issues and maintain a healthy income is to *not* just give away product left and right to solve the issue. This would also help you to be able to give quality workers a fair pay.
