I worked at OnCore Manufacturing full-time (less than an year)

Pros

They are still have a few customers give them orders because low cost.

Cons

1. I heard people (managers) need to pay company supplies by their own money first. If you don't do so, then the GM will ask you when you don't pay first.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to review the business structure and willing to invest on people

    Pros

Generally good hardworking people who give their very best despite the work environment

    Cons

Sr manager uses profanities and intimidation as well as outbursts towards others to demonstrate his authority. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Very unfortunate for the rest of the employees, that the executive team allows this treatment to continue given their knowledge of these types of behaviors throughout the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reexamine your choices for leadership and determine what type of culture and environment you really desire. Establish a code of ethics and enforce it.
