    I have been working at OnProcess Technology full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good if you are starting to learn as you will get a lot of exposure to pure working conditions from the start...

    Cons

    Slow paced and low pay for technical people and employees after 1-1.5 years.

    Management is good with its responsibilities and really quick response is generated by them!!

    I worked at OnProcess Technology

    Pros

    It is a good place to get experience in an office enviornment doing customer/client focused call-center work.

    Cons

    The pay is lower than what it would be for similar work at a different company because they are outsourced by other companies. The leadership also seems uninterested in ideas that lower-tier employees may have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the ideas of the people on the front lines making the calls, doing the surveys, or whatever the program requires. They might actually have a good idea. Just because they're not in management doesn't mean they have nothing to offer other than doing what they are told.
