One Communications – “part of hiring wave, then layoff wave”

Pros

generous time off, people I worked with in general were nice to work with.

Cons

no real direction given for job or company. I was hired along with others in the Spring, then became part of a layoff seven weeks later. I was three days shy of being benefits eligible.
I never really had a chance to make a positive impact for the company.

do better forcasting for employment, cost of recruitment of personel is very hire
