ProsUnique culture. People are willing to work around the clock and on weekends. Everyone's looking to get their job done.

ConsEveryone's working around the clock. Makes it difficult to collaborate after and during work.

    Pros: There are some very talented people at OneNeck with a wide variety of skills sets that each employee can… Cons: The biggest flaw at OneNeck is planning with communication being a close second. Employees tend to just "work" here… Advice to Senior Management: CMT team needs to plan more and work with the operational resources closer.
