Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some of the bank regulations put in place are too stingent and no other banks use them b/c it is a private bank.

The best way to describe OWB is by calling it “Fogged Mirror’s” .

    Pros

Its a JOB and we all need to pay our bills.

    Cons

OneWest Bank is a hedge fund disguised as a bank. It’s what hedge funds do. They buy a foreclosure, slap a fresh coat of paint, put in a new kitchen sink, manicure the lawn and put a “for sales” sign outside. They sell it and make a profit and move on to the next best calculated investment. Most MC members are non bankers trying to figure out how this works.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get out while you can.
