    Pros – Salary is high for the work you are expected to produce
    Benefits are great - if that's your main goal in a job
    Hours are good-depending if you're a day or shift worker
    Get all government holidays
    3 weeks vacation to start

    Cons

    Cons – Lack of motivation of coworkers due to company structure
    repetitive work
    Promotion comes from seniority, not skill, therefore not getting the best candidate
    Micromanagement of employees
    Limited real growth opportunities
    Poor communication

    Advice to Senior Management – Learn to be better communicators and team players - management should be based on skills not seniority. Form a relationship with your team and celebrate successes together - encourage teamwork and open communication.
