Pros

Good compensation, good benefits, collaborative work environment, great corporate culture.

Cons

Lead generation could be better.

Advice to Management

The only place to improve I can think of is taking a look at compensation for acquisition and account management. While it is not bad, compensation needs to be more competitive with the market to ensure retention of top performing reps.

    Pros

Some good folks like most places. Great downtown location.

    Cons

Churn and burn sales style. 200+ % turnover in a two year period. Overly granular and micro-managing sales environment. Exit strategy seems to be to sell the company-CEO is NOT a sales guy. Lots of bodies left in their wake-not a friendly environment-lots of falsehoods. board is controlled by a former Diebold executive who is simply fleecing the company as much as possible . Former founders jumped oout with their golden parachutes and what is left is a shadow financially. Work hard-your reward will be that you are used and abused.

    Advice to Management

Makes no difference-board controls all decisions and management goes along. Place some appropriate value on the humanity that lines your pockets. But then again-why waste my time trying to advise you-you know what your end game is already and it is not your people.

    Pros

Room to make generous commission, if you can figure out how to differentiate the product from superior or more cost effective services. Sometimes felt overly bro-ish, bro.

    Cons

Lack of innovation, commodity market, better, more expensive competitors, significantly cheaper competitors that can sometimes match up to core offering

    Advice to Management

Differentiate the product in the market with a focus on development and innovation - utilize more experienced tech talent instead of outsourcing development
