“Was great up until the very end”
Former Employee – worked at Onward Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good corporate structure.
Has an entrepreneurial attitude.
Cons – Corporate management seems secretive about things.
Can be a bit of a clique - if you're not one of the "cool kids" your opinions don't matter.
Advice to Senior Management – If you provide office management with a complete picture of the finances of the company (and their office specifically) - you will empower them to make prudent decisions and ultimately have happier employees.
