I have been working at OpenLink Financial full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Leads the industry with the Endur and RightAngle ETRM product solutions -Excellent customer list in the Energy and Financial verticals.

Cons

Employees need to be able to travel if they are on billable consultant roles, company is going through a major management and technology overhaul in 2012. Good things to come, but process is slower than expected for the changes that will occur.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Solid integration leadership and sales leadership along with strong HR leadership will position OpenLink for a strong future.
