“openable - cool technology, not so competitive on pay, though there is room for advancement”
Former Employee – worked at OpenTable
Pros – good engineers, engineering process, no dress code, fun parties
Cons – pay not so good, raises small, no 40k matching
Advice to Senior Management – pay more
