Working in Data Messaging solutions for the Cellphone companies. Cool Technology. The products work really well in comparison to the competition.

Cons

1. Management does not listen to Customers
2. Management does not listen to Employees that work closest with Customers
3. Repeated downsizing has removed most of the really smart people that were a joy to work with.
4. Bad morale among employees as you don't know if your next to get the axe, and no one actively listens to what you have to say about improving things anyway.
5. Every sales deal is a custom deal as the prices are so high you have to use creative terms to get anything sold.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your customers as they are telling you what they want. Your products work really well, but no one wants to pay your high prices.
