Pros

It had an excellent team in the early years. There were a lot of very talented engineers and we all worked very hard to get things done.

Cons

Very poor senior management in 2005. It was hit hard by the dot com bust early in the decade and the drastic changes senior management made in the middle of the decade failed drasticslly.

Advice to Senior Management

Well, they got replaced. It was a major mistake that they sold off a lot of useful parts of the company and eventually not much was left.
