Pros

The technology and the industry (Mobile Services) is in a very exciting place and they have contacts and opportunities in that space. They pay very well and there are opportunities to grow as the company is now much smaller.

Cons

Too many management and product roadmap changes that result in reorganizations which leads to losing valuable people instead of improving products. They have been losing money for a couple of years now and have never seemed to reach the potential that you though the company was capable of. Each new CEO cannot seem to make new deals. You are not going to get rich on their stock.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire product managers that will know how to move the company forward. Quit shuffling people and pieces around because you take a massive momentum hit every time. You are getting beat by start ups and that should not happen.
