Openwave Systems – “Stable but potentially unsatisfactory place to work”
Pros
The company now has a good CEO who will possibly drive the company towards the right direction. The work pressure on most people is relatively light allowing a good work life balance.
Cons
the products are old and ageing, the investment in new product development is limited
Advice to Senior Management
Lets get our act together finally and march forward.

We need more real products and a engineering team that can deliver. The flip side to the long term employees is that some of them are still stuck in the old ages and have a hard time evolving to working in a smaller company , nimble , startup environment.
