you have to deal with drama and people talking about each other. They have clicks there and if you don't belong prepare to get talked about

Advice to Management

to teach the management that it is not okay to discuss people personal problems there, and to act more professional

    Pros

    Good benefits. Company stable financially. Continually growing to keep ahead

    Cons

    Once hired they feel they can change your job description and they do. Over 150+ policies company wide. Everyone in corporate office walks on egg shells. Have managers meetings all the time but yet most managers are still not qualified.

    Advice to Management

    Stop with all the managers meetings. Over kill and not nearly as helpful as you think. Try and ask employees where they feel they can help the most and utilize their skills vs some random VP/manager in the company who doesn't know what someone had to offer before you randomly change their job. You would find that people can do more than what you think.

    Pros

    Good Benefit package and fair salary.

    Cons

    Lack of appropriate staffing for patient loads. Over worked staff, lack of appropriate training for work required. Management encourages gossip and is fully engaged in favoritism amongst staff which impacts safety and employee morale.

    Advice to Management

    Overuse agency nurses with NO adequate training. No appropriate Unit Managers. in charge of your units. There is apathy, disrespect, and overt hostility against anyone who does not fit into the "fiefdom" that exists.
