ProsGood corporate culture. Long-standing and stable company. Gave all employees 60 day warning for possible layoffs in January 2009. Generous bonus structure for top performers.

ConsI get the sense OppenheimerFunds generally underpays.

    An underperforming company with lot of potential.

    Pros: The company has some relatively talented individuals at the manager/supervisor levels… Cons: This is a top-heavy organization full of politics and bureaucracy making change within the organization slow at… Advice to Senior Management: Flatten out the organization.
