I worked at OppenheimerFunds full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Great benefits, educational opportunities, good co-workers. Building has cafeteria and fitness center which is nice.

Cons

Working in a call center can be stressful, high employee turnover. Location far east on Arapahoe Road is inconvenient. Little room to advance career from within.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire and promote from within, this would increase employee morale.

I worked at OppenheimerFunds full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has some relatively talented individuals at the manager/supervisor levels although their ability to impact the bottom line is extremely limited.

    Cons

This is a top-heavy organization full of politics and bureaucracy making change within the organization slow at best. Employees are typically not valued and movement within the organization is based on who you know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Flatten out the organization. Management is too top heavy on the top side.
