Great place to work across many different disciplines

Mechanical Engineer (Former Employee)
Christchurch (New Zealand)

ProsVery flexible work hours
Great training program for ongoing education
Because you work in one department doesn't mean that you can't work for another one in parallel
International company that offers many different locations to transfer to if you want to change location

ConsPay is not very competitive
Top heavy with management, seems that everyone is being trained to be a manager
Too many engineers (with no management skills) in senior management positions

Advice to Senior ManagementDrop the career matrix since you don't promote people according to it & instead promote the people that get the job done within the budget.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
