Good place to make a difference but company is really suffering now

ProsI have been able to make an impact in my role. People are friendly and caring and good work is valued and recognized.

ConsSometime groups move forward before fully understanding the process needed. Tends to be a lot of secrecy around things adn the whole picture isn't always evident.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease turn the company around!
