Very good work/life balance.

Principal Technical Support Engineer (Current Employee) Frisco, TX

ProsFlexibility. There is a very good work/life balance which can be unimaginable with certain other employers. This way Oracle is a very good place to work.

ConsThere are not much opportunities for growing up in the corporate ladder. It does not look to be plausible at all. No grooming of the lower level resources (in the hierarchy) to better support the management in future.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be good if the leadership starts working on grooming the lower level resources (down in the hierarchy) on management or technology, whichever they are good at.

Teamwork is not… Advice to Senior Management: Not interested in giving them any assistance. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
