“Laid back and easy going. Good for the settled types, who prefer work life balance. Ambitious ones please stay out ;)”
Current Employee – been working at Oracle
Pros – Brand name. Opportunity to work on new frameworks/technologies/ERP products from early stages. Very flexible work hours and plenty enough paid time off days. Good work like balance, minimum pressure and decent corporate culture.
Cons – Internal processes followed during product development suck the juice out of you. It can get very tiring and after some time you find yourself spending more time to comply with processes and doing very little productive work.
Advice to Senior Management – I request everyone to improve the internal processes required to get work done.
