Current Employee – been working at Oracle

Pros – good work life balance. less hectic job and very flexible timing. Also thew deadlines were less strict which gave you ample time and independence in my work.

Cons – the career growth is very slow. most of the time it depends on the team. the pay package increment is also quite slow.

Advice to Senior Management – the higher management is quite good and the level of hierarchy is so much that it take years to reach a good level in hierarchy
