    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Oracle full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Although the experiences might vary from team to team inside the company, Oracle is a reasonably good company to settle in once you are say 35+ and would like to settle without much workload. In times of good profits the employees are rewarded and long term commitment is also valued.

    Cons

Young people who join the company are expected to stay 3-5 years to see any reasonable growth in both career and salary. Going to HQ and other offshore opportunities are limited.

    Advice to Management

They need to look forward to the concerns of younger employees and new joinees too. People who put in extra effort should be rewarded. Since rewards a long term many people leave after 2-3 years or become like the ordinary employees.
