I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I can't think of one....Its big? You are in it with 100K unhappy souls....

    Cons

-Bureaucratic to the nth degree....Seems like a third world registry of motor vehicle at times.
-Slow moving management decision making, I mean molasses can act faster.
-A well earned reputation in shoddy treatment of customers and suppliers
-The bureaucracy chokes true innovation hence everything has to be acquired from outside...and once the innovative groups are acquired they get choked....
-Pathetically inconsistent rewards and recognition; company profitable but no profit sharing...Options will not be worth anything in this chronically slow growth business so high priced options are doled out

    - Satisfied employees will lead to great things...Oops that may not be in the play book....
