I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    # Height of freedom on work.
    # Ownership of work to grow in the process

    Cons

    # In terms of financial benefits for GFIC division, worst than anything
    # No relation of effort & rewards
    # highest attrition rate in GFIC division, majority for low pay in GFIC division
    # hikes & appraisals are based on personal preference rather than quality of work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    # They need to have proper confidential surveys to find the reason for employees dis-satisfaction
    # If not more at least the pay should be at par with industry.
    # They need to understand the reason of attritions.
    # Rewards, Recognitions, Goals, Expectations, Promotions, Targets should be transparent & well defined.
    # The managers should be under observations by HR's to know how much worthy they are for the process & should be accountable for their actions

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
