Pros – Good stable foundation, financially sound company, opportunity to learn wide variety of technologies, good experience in software product development lifecycle, good salary, great benefits, opportunity to build a good professional network to benefit future career.

Cons – chaotic political environment, frequent reorgs, multiple layers of management.

Advice to Senior Management – streamline layers of management, factor in employee feedback for management evaluations.
