“Very flexible and challenging in a constantly changing environment”
Current Employee – been working at Oracle full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Highly flexible as long as you do your job well. Plenty of opportunities and challenges to move upward. Get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry.
Cons – Constant change, the company always evolve, acquire more and reorganize itself. Salaries often lower than industry standard.
Advice to Senior Management – Lets do more to raise our ranking in the Fortune best companies to work for
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
