I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Stable company with large number of in house opportunities.
Strong fiscal focus and ability to weather financial challenges

    Cons

Bureaucratic processes and lack of ability to replace lost personnel.
Compensation process has very little to do with group performance and individual contribution.
Definitely feels like a big company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Driving initiatives without the willingness to spend money to make them happen is an exercise in frustration.

I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Name brand company that can look good on a resume.
Gym on site is a plus
If you have good timing and territory you can do well

    Cons

Lots of micro-management - have to play games to meet metrics
Poor company culture - every knows they are just there to hit the year mark then move on
Fighting between teams - reps fight over ownership of accounts, cant get deals done because of infighting between teams

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to employees, even if you have over 100k of them
Work harder to get an actual company culture, especially with all of the acquisitions

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
