I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Name brand company that can look good on a resume.
Gym on site is a plus
If you have good timing and territory you can do well

Cons

Lots of micro-management - have to play games to meet metrics
Poor company culture - every knows they are just there to hit the year mark then move on
Fighting between teams - reps fight over ownership of accounts, cant get deals done because of infighting between teams

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to employees, even if you have over 100k of them
Work harder to get an actual company culture, especially with all of the acquisitions
