“This is the dullest place on earth to work”
Former Employee – worked at Oracle full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good pay, good benefits, good insurance
Cons – Intensely political, slow and tedious. Spend a decade there, and you may just move the needle .1%.
Advice to Senior Management – fire yourselves, all of you
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
