    Pros

Oracle benefits inclusive of health, oracle gym and work hour flexibiity. IN present economic types, Oracle is a relatively stable company with enough cash reserves and marketing muscle.

    Cons

Employee unfriendly and no recognition for hard work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't ignore the hard-working employees.

    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Oracle

    Pros

Oracle is a big company so its compensation and benefits are competitive.
Other than the current exceptional economic climate, working at Oracle should be secure (provided that you do your job, of course).
There may be pockets within Oracle where you can be doing really interesting work.

    Cons

Oracle is a big company so its culture can be a bit cold and stagnant.
My immediate supervisor was one of the main reasons that Oracle was a nice place to work.
You have to put up with a lot of processes, many are questionably useful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees as people and not just numbers on P/L.

    No opinion of CEO
