Oracle Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Oracle full-time for more than a year

Pros – Oracle is the largest IT provider in the world and it is growing. It really is a great place to work if you like a fast paced environment and want to progress in your career.

Cons – I feel that there is more focus on networking at times then there is on hard work. I am not comfortable with networking so It is difficult for me to get where i want to be.

Advice to Senior Management – Acknowledge employees work ethic, attitude and creativity instead of just praising people for big results. The likely hood is they were just handed the opportunity and did not work on it at all.
